RETAIL RETURN POLICY:
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.
FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel your visit with me. Things do come up, should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, half of the cost of scheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file. Due at the time of the missed service.
Our time together is valuable, so we ask to have NO VISITORS unless being serviced, or is a designated care giver.
